Rick Phillips On Church Vision

Rick Phillips has written a thought provoking post on the Reformation21 blog. You can read it here. All in all, it is a cautionary warning against bringing a corporate business model into the church under the guise of long term “vision.” While Rick’s warning cannot be missed he also emphasizes the value of employing a long term vision for churches that are already strong ordinary means of grace churches but need to have a stronger missional outreach. But how many churches are there that are content to wait for the sovereign blessing of God?

    I’ve fixed it. Sorry about that. Reformation21 changed their website a few months ago. This made the old links useless. I will try to update the old links on other posts.
