East of Eden: The Biblical and Systematic Theology of Jonathan Edwards

Every week Jeff Waddington, Dave Filson and I come together to record an episode of “East of Eden,” in which we discuss the biblical and systematic theology of Jonathan Edwards. We come together to give consideration of one of Edwards’ sermons or discourses–specifically as it relates to the history, structure and theology of that particular work.   2. So much excitement with plans for the new cchurh LCBC(?). It is amazing how God works. From a personal point of view this merger seems an answer to some of my prayers. I was saved at branch, was involved for a few years, wondered away for a few years, stopped backed this summer looking to see if this is were I belonged, have been praying for a cchurh home. Then when I just by chance stopped Sunday I heard the news and knew immediately I belonged and found were I was to serve next, At the new cchurh. Pastor Craig, I have no words to express my awe at your ability to walk away from your position as a founder of the cchurh and Senior Pastor, to advance the cause of Christ. It is remarkable how you have concord pride, humility and obidence. You are a wonderful example for all of us.I will be praying for you, Dave and all the cchurh leaders that protection, disernmentfaith and success for Christare provided through the merger
