I left out one important Biblical-Theological work that is very hard to find but very valuable. James Muihead’s Dissertations on the Foederal Transactions between God and His Church both before and since the Canon of Scripture was Completed, Kelso: 1782. Muirhead’s work is one of the finest Scottish treatments of Covenant Theology (Biblical Theology) of the 18th Century. The work is valuable for Muirheads’ carefully tracing the revelation of the covenant Seed throughout the Old Testament economy. It is also a tremendously useful volume for its typology.
